Each trip arrives early afternoon Saturday allowing ample shopping time in Lille, time for personal sightseeing and an evening to enjoy the restaurants, bars and clubs). Lille has a massive shopping complex called Euralille with a hypermarket, numerous shops & boutiques, plus the city itself has many designer stores associated with Paris.

Lille has a wonderful old town, museums and galleries - genuinely something for everyone! On Sunday we either visit the enormous Wazemmes market (everything from Antiques to Pets, Clothes to Food) or take a trip over the border to Bruges - ' Venice of the North'. Additionally each trip stops at a wine/beer warehouse to stock-up for Christmas. Anyone visiting Lille over the weekend (6/7 December onwards) will also have an opportunity of visiting Lille Christmas Market.
